At present, II–VI semiconductor compounds (like CdSe, ZnSe, and ZnTe) with bigger balance and tenability are thought of promising materials with larger photovoltaic performance7. ZnSe by itself is a way more promising content for window layer8 with large effectiveness and inexpensive. CdSe and ZnSe both have an increased capability for photon abs
